i Style Global Academy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and the final decision is at our discretion.
SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a booking or purchase through our website, over the phone or WhatsApp, you agreeing to provide complete, correct and true service information but not limited to your personal information, billing address and payment information.
SERVICE BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
After receiving booking requested, we will be in touch with you via WhatsApp or email as acknowledgment of your booking request. Note that if you received Acknowledgment email or WhatsApp message is NOT yet the Service Booking Confirmation.
All service booking confirmation are subject to pay a 50% deposit of total service price, please note that this deposit is NOT refundable and transferable. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending a WhatsApp or email to confirm the booking (the “Service Booking Confirmation”).
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
Prices vary according to type, location and duration of service. The personal service time is within 11:00am – 6:00pm ONLY and earlier service appointment charges will be according to ROM Package.
All payment direct to i Style Global Academy Sdn Bhd Maybank Account Number 512-884-091-211 ONLY.
SERVICE BOOKING CANCELLATION:
To accommodate cancellation request, we require a 3 days cancellation notice prior to initial appointment. For cancellation concerns, please call or message WhatsApp @ +6010-839 6260 or Email @ support@istyleacademy.edu.my.
Less than three (3) days’ notice :
The i Style Academy reserved the right to forfeit the deposit for any cancellations made within or less than three (3) days of your confirmation.
More than three (3) days’ notice :
Cancellation made three (3) days before the appointment will be rescheduled and service deposit payment will still be valid within one (1) year from the date of cancellation.
NO SHOW :
No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of total service price.
APPOINTMENT DELAY/LATE :
The i Style Global Academy Sdn Bhd reserved the right to forfeit the deposit in the event of being more than 15 mins late without prior notice. If you will be late, please let us know by calling WhatsApp +6010-839 6260, and we will do our best to accommodate the best time for you but subject to service provider availability.
Unless otherwise specified, all paid sums are non-refundable if you violate any of the Terms, your permission to use the Service and website will automatically terminate. We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Any requests to reschedule an appointment to a different time on the same day of the booked appointment time will be accommodated free of charge but subject to availability of the Service Provider and location changed. –
